## Why Dubai is the hardest of the four emirates for her

Dubai has the most pharmaceutical employers and the fewest that publish research vacancies.
Neither Pharmax nor Globalpharma advertises formulation R&D openings on a public careers page
that can be read from outside. That does not mean they are not hiring — it means the route in
is a direct approach, or LinkedIn, or a recruiter.

Dubai's other realistic route for her is **clinical pharmacy in a hospital group**, but that
requires DHA licensing first. See `00_UAE_STRATEGY.md` — it is her most reliable UAE route
overall, and it should be started in parallel with everything here, because the verification
step is slow.

## How to approach these two

There is no portal to submit to, so:

1. **LinkedIn first.** Find the Head of R&D, Formulation Development Manager or Technical
   Director at each company. Send a connection request with a short note, then the full
   message once connected. The 300-character connection note is in
   `04_Templates/Outreach_Templates.md` §7.
2. **Then email**, if an address can be found or inferred. Company websites usually publish a
   general `info@` or `careers@` address — use it, addressed to the R&D function by name.
3. **Set a LinkedIn job alert** for "formulation", "R&D", "product development" filtered to
   Dubai, so anything posted reaches her the same day.

## The recruitment-fraud rule, again

No legitimate UAE employer asks a candidate to pay for a visa, medical, training or
"processing". Requests for money are always a scam. This matters more in Dubai than anywhere
else in the campaign, because the volume of fake pharmaceutical recruiters targeting overseas
applicants there is high.
